Explore ImproveBriefs I review often run to dozens, sometimes hundreds, of pages, with no acceptance criteria and no milestones. Agencies quote six to nine months for work that becomes a year or more, because nobody defined what finished looks like.
Illustrative example. Agree the checks for your project before the build.
Split the work into milestones, and give every part of the statement of work a defined output, an agreed cost and a clear test for sign-off, before any code is written. Then everyone builds, checks and signs off against the same thing.

Vision2 clients
Hosting and support for over ten yearsFrom my years as a project and delivery manager employed at digital agencies, 2022 to 2024. These were the agencies’ clients, not Vision2’s: I led the delivery work, and the agency held the client relationship.

The same approach at every size: clear scope, visible costs, and work checked against what was agreed. What changes is where it starts.
A site that takes bookings or sells online, a care plan that keeps it safe, and assistants that handle the enquiries and marketing you don’t have time for. Fixed prices, plain English.
For small businessesReal money going on websites, systems and agencies, and no technical or delivery lead to own it. Senior judgement when it matters, without a full-time hire.
For growing businessesVisibility and clear ownership across portfolio platforms and suppliers, without adding headcount. For the fund, and for the business being supported.
For private equityEvery engagement has agreed deliverables and review points. I can stay with you as the business grows, from a first build to improvements, roadmaps and agency delivery leadership.
A fixed-price brief: milestones, acceptance criteria and an estimate range you can take to any agency, or to me.

Start with the work you need now. As the business grows, I can keep the platform knowledge and roadmap with you, building directly where the scope fits and leading agencies when the programme needs a wider team.
Direct website, shop, portal and integration builds typically up to around £50,000, with the platform, scope and price agreed before work starts.
Websites and eCommerceCare, scoped improvements, integrations and automation, with regular priorities and roadmap reviews sized to the work and budget available.
Support for growing businessesFor larger builds and ongoing agency programmes, fractional technical delivery leadership on your side: the brief, suppliers, retainer, budget, testing and roadmap owned together.
Fractional delivery leadershipAround £50,000 is a guide to the direct-build work I target. Complexity and specialist needs can call for an agency earlier, and delivery support can start at any growth stage. The approach applies across platforms; implementation scope is agreed for each project.
I advise on projects and also offer direct builds. If Vision2 could deliver the work, I make that commercial interest clear when comparing the options. The written brief is yours to take to another supplier.
The recommendation may be a Vision2 build, an agency, improving what you already have, or leaving a change out. Scoping and any subsequent implementation are agreed separately, with their own deliverables and costs.
Tell me where things stand, what needs to change and any date you are working towards.
You might have a project to scope, systems that aren’t joining up, or a task that keeps taking too much time. You don’t need a finished brief to start a conversation.
A few lines about the situation, the people involved and what a useful result would look like are enough. I’ll come back to you personally with a practical next step.
